Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Inventrixs ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Inventrixs. Please read them carefully.

Description of Service

Inventrixs is a point-of-sale and inventory management application designed for small business owners, particularly sari-sari stores and convenience stores in the Philippines.

Features and functionality vary by subscription plan (Free, Starter, Pro). We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time with reasonable notice.

Account Registration

You must create an account to use the App. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Free plan features are available at no cost, with limitations on product count and features.
• Starter (₱49/month) and Pro (₱79/month) plans are billed through Google Play.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account settings at any time.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, hack, or interfere with the App or its servers.
• Use the AI Assistant to generate false, fraudulent, or misleading financial records.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the App without written permission.
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts.

Your Data

You own all business data you enter into the App. Inventrixs does not claim any ownership rights over your data.

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter.
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data on the Free plan.
• We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, unauthorized account access, or circumstances beyond our control.

By using cloud sync features (Starter/Pro), you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inventrixs and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of business data or revenue
• Business interruption
• Loss of profits or goodwill
• Any damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated insights

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 3 months prior to the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account in the App. Upon deletion:

• Local data is removed from your device immediately.
• Cloud data is permanently purged within 30 days.
• Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Google Play.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email.

Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the App.
